FORMATIONOF MAP GROUP
Establishing a successful presence in the smoke industry and becoming an entrepreneur involves several key factors. Among these, goals, industry research, financial planning, location selection, licensing and permits, business management, team recruitment, point of sale, and the creation of a marketing plan are crucial elements.
Success in the smoke industry is not achieved overnight or by chance. Setting clear goals is a fundamental step in this journey. Our primary objective was to rapidly establish multiple smoke stores. To achieve this, thorough industry research was conducted to understand product preferences. We identified our target audience by analyzing the demographics of different locations, determining the preferences of the residents, and aligning our product offerings accordingly.
Following our research phase, we delved into the financial aspects. Eventually, we made the decision to take the plunge and established our inaugural smoke shop, named REDRUM SMOKE AND VAPE, in 2018. With the successful launch of our first store, we embarked on a journey of continuous expansion, opening additional smoke stores one after another.
